This vase is spherical in shape. The sides of the mouth of the neck narrow visibly towards the top and feature a dark band with a calligraphic motif. On the main ceramic body, three circular medallions are adorned with zoomorphic shapes, spaced out one from the other by decorations of plant shoots. This all surmounts a dark band featuring calligraphic strokes produced using the "sgraffiato” or slip-incising technique. The decoration is completed by a parallel line from which straight lines originate which converge towards the base of the ceramic body. The pigment under the glazing is thick and dense.
