The article "Investire nell'Arte. Sculture, gioielli, tappeti da collezione: contro la crisi il mercato punta sulla bellezza", mentions"...pieces of the history of western art to which eastern findings have been flanked such as…..the elaborate 18th century Islamic hat from Ethnologica, embroidered with gold, pearls and rubies, in northern India". The daily included a photo of the hat amongst the pictures of "masterpieces on show" at the biennial Gotha antiques fair in Parma.

ANTIQUARIATO published the picture of an Indian horse in teak belonging to Ethnologica. The life-sized asva, the sacred name for the horse, dates back to the 19th century. In the text of the article entitled "Fra Arte e Curiosità" (Amidst Art and Curiosities) there is also a mention of "...a topi, an Islamic hat made with pearls, rubies and gold thread and a Koran manuscript dated 1564". On page 122, the sandstone Mughal panel, chini khana, recalls the antiques fair in Milan.

On occasion of the 5th Salone Internazionale del Lusso, page 127 of ANTIQUARIATO featured the photograph of a small flask (surahi) with two glasses belonging to Ethnologica. Produced in gold and enamel, this set from Rajasthan features 525 mounted diamonds, and is to be attributed to the 19th century.

Pages 375 and 376 of the "Giochi di spazio. Porte mimetizzate nella boiserie e pareti scorrevoli in un loft a Brescia" (Playing with space. Doors camouflaged in the wood panelling and sliding doors in a loft in Bresia”) article show an Indian sculpture from the low Indian Middle Ages and a gilded Sino-Tibetan bronze of Amitayus, both from the Ethnologica collection and purchased by the owners of the loft.

Page 77 of the magazine features a short article entitled "Pietra antica Napoli. La prima volta di Mercante in Fiera in quel di Napoli" (Ancient stone in Naples.
